Check out the Anthony’s Beach Photoshoot | Navarre

The Anthony family contacted me to photograph their family’s Navarre beach vacation this summer. I met them at their Navarre beach house rental, which was gorgeous inside and out!  The first thing the kids wanted to tell me about was their huge sandcastle they had made that day. It had a large mote all the way around, Dad was so proud. The kids and dads were so sad because the lifeguard had come by and destroyed it. I felt for them, but I also had to explain about our sea turtles and why we can’t leave large holes or castles in the sand. I told them how the turtles nest on our beaches and if large holes or castles are left overnight the turtles can and often do get stuck in them.  Just my luck their beach house was nestled in between 2 sea turtle nests. I pointed them out as we headed out to the shore for their sunset portrait session. The weather was beautiful for their photoshoot, the sky was full of large fluffy clouds and as we played in the sand and surf they were blessed with the most gorgeous sunset I have seen all summer long! So of course, we had to do some jumping pictures! I really enjoyed my time photographing them, and hope to see them again on their next vacation for an updated family portrait.
